I've heard Goons use their own version of CONCORD: The dreaded GPD, armed with specialized ships. Thanks to their ties within CCP, those special ships come with "GPD" already stamped on the side. Everyone shooting a Goon in Deklein will be jumped by teleporting squads of the GPD. |
